Scope an AI pilot
The pilot starts after written scoping. The target three-week duration and price must be confirmed in a proposal: no price or free trial is presumed.
Before starting
Select a use case, business owner, IT contact and privacy/security contacts. Define the authorised corpus, permissions, SSO, users, service hours and support. Start with public or test documents where possible.
Agree measurements and deliverables
A question set with expected answers, citation accuracy, refusal when the corpus lacks an answer, errors, permission tests, review time and adoption. Plan a results review and a budget simulation based on measurements.
Decision and exit
Set go/no-go criteria before starting. Agree export, access revocation, deletion and backup retention. Continuation and service commitments require a separate agreement.
