Le Chat / Mistral API
An excellent model, but you are a tenant of a service: the data travels through the vendor's servers, and you have to build the RAG layer and the integration yourself. Ideal for prototyping, not for full sovereignty.
Copilot / ChatGPT Enterprise
Deeply integrated with office software, but the data is subject to US law and the per-user billing escalates at scale. Hard to reconcile with sensitive data about the people you serve.
Albert (DINUM)
A fine public initiative, open source and hosted in France, but designed for State administrations and intended to be operated in-house. We, for our part, deliver and run the solution for you, with support throughout.
Build it yourself
Feasible with a large IT department, but it calls on scarce skills (GPU infrastructure, MLOps, security) and takes time. Our value: you get the result without building or maintaining the plumbing.
